Established in 2005, County Construction is a friendly, experienced building company working across East Kent.
Our two directors are part of our full-time, site-based team, so they’re closely involved in every project. This helps us maintain high standards, pay attention to the finer details and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Most of our work comes through recommendations from previous customers, surveyors and architects — something we’re incredibly proud of.
We’ll take the time to understand exactly what you need, offer honest advice and work closely with you throughout. Most importantly, we won’t consider the job finished until you’re completely happy with it.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Good planning makes all the difference. We have an in-house Chartered Building Engineer who in conjunction with members of our site teams, will work through the details early including costs, timescales, materials and any potential challenges. That means fewer surprises once work begins and a clear plan for keeping your project on track and within budget.
SITE MANAGEMENT
Once on site the day to day running of your project will be a collaboration of our site team and the services of our in-house Chartered Construction Manager. This ensures everything is organised and moving forward. With our Directors actively involved on site and the involvement of our Chartered Construction Manager on every project, you'll always have someone available to answer your questions.
